Experts: It's time for administrative reform. Płock and Siedlce are the capitals of the voivodeship

Experts of the Sobieski Institute postulate an administrative improvement of Polish. The main change would concern the separation of Warsaw and adjacent counties from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the appointment of Płock and Siedlce as the capitals of the fresh voivodeship.
