Expert: Russia wanted a atomic treaty due to the fact that it has difficulties

On 8 April 2010, a bilateral global treaty between the United States and the Russian Federation was signed in Prague. The fresh START (New strategical Arms simplification Treaty) goal – which entered into force precisely 15 years ago, i.e. February 5, 2011 – was to limit the number of deployed U.S. and Russia heads to 1550 cargoes on strategical carriers.
