Expert on judges of the Constitutional Tribunal: the function of the president is not significant

In the substance of taking the oath, the president is only a passive organization to the oath of office, which is performed by the justice – says DGP Dr Marcin Krzemiński from the Jagiellonian University. In his opinion, it is so not possible to talk of an alleged constitutional offence in the case of refusal to take the oath or to consider a complaint about the inaction of the authority.
