Exemption from the RTV subscription for any pensioners. Not automatically eligible

Not all pensioners gotta pay a tv subscription. The exemption can be utilized by people who are over 60 years of age and receive a pension not exceeding PLN 4451.78 gross per month. However, it should be remembered that the relief is not granted automatically and requires the completion of formalities.
