Evacuation of developers from the largest cities to medium-sized ones

In the first half of the year, the construction of somewhat more apartments started throughout Poland than in the erstwhile year. However, the structure has changed: developers have slowed down in the main cities suffering from oversupply, and have opted for medium-sized cities, with Szczecin at the forefront.
