AfD or Orban

According to unofficial reports in the European Parliament, the Euro MPs of the Confederation will be divided. Stanisław Tyszka, Marcin Sypniewski and Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik intend to join the group created by the alternate for Germany (AfD). Anna Bryłka and Tomasz Buczek are negotiating to join Viktor Orban's faction. The future of Grzegorz Braun is in question.

Radio Zet asked for Krzysztof Bosak's opinion. This 1 did not confirm, but besides did not disprove rumors about it. The politician admitted:

AfD confederate in the EP? In fact, for weeks there have been talks with various parties: conservative, national, free, Eurosceptic. It is possible that any of our MEPs will join the group created by the AfD.

However, Anna Bryłka officially declared that she did not intend to join the AfD. The Polish politician explained why she decided to take specified a step:

The attitude of this organization to Nord Stream I and Nord Stream II and the statements of any members of the group, which are straight contrary to the Polish national interest, do not let us to think about building trust and constructive cooperation in 1 political group.

What about Gregory Braun?

The most problematic of the six Confederate politicians seems to be Grzegorz Braun. It is known that politicians like Anna Bryłka will not join the AfD, but in his case it is not about views, but about the fact that Germany does not want to see him in that group. respective sources of PAP indicate that AfD in its aversion to Braun is not the only one, due to the fact that many different factions do not imagine having it in their ranks.

Media reports that AfD has invited Eurosceptic parties from respective countries to cooperate, including the French Reconquist, the Polish Confederation, the revival from Bulgaria, Se Acabo La Fiesta from Spain, Freedom and Direct Democracy from the Czech Republic, Hnutie Republic from Slovakia, the Hungarian Movement of Our Homeland and the Union of Nation and Justice from Lithuania.

The fresh faction met the required threshold of a minimum of 23 MEPs from 7 EU associate States and is initially estimated to have 28-29 MEPs.
