European atomic powers unite forces

France and the United Kingdom stay the only NATO countries in Europe with atomic capabilities. The strengthening of cooperation between them should be assessed positively, both in the context of the search for additional European deterrent guarantees (alongside the US umbrella) and in view of the continued threat from Russia.
