The European Parliament condemned the expanding militarisation of the Arctic

The European Parliament, in its resolution adopted on Wednesday, called on the EU to powerfully counter the escalation of tensions in the Arctic and the expanding militarisation of the region. He pointed out that Russia's activities and China's increasing interest in this area are destabilising the situation, which calls for closer EU cooperation with NATO and the US.
