European Defence Union. Sensational proposal of German policy for Poland

The European Union is incapable to act. This inability poses a deadly threat to Europe, according to German diplomat Wolfgang Ischinger. It so proposes the creation of a completely fresh body: the European Defence Union. Among the initiators of the German politician besides sees Poland next to Germany.
