European Defence manufacture strategy with Risks for Poland [ OPINION]

**The European Commission has announced a draft strategy for the defence industry. The paper focuses on joint purchases and on expanding the participation of European manufacture in defence spending. From the point of view of Poland, which needs fast strengthening of defence capabilities, many provisions of the strategy are unfavourable.**
