European countries cautious in assessing the attack on Iran, avoid clear declarations

European countries are cautious in their assessment of the US-Israeli attack on Iran. There were no clear words of support or condemnation in the comments coming from European countries, but there were warnings that these attacks should have become a subject of debate in the applicable institutions and the decision to usage force should have been made within the UN safety Council.
