European Commission launches anti-infringement proceedings against porn sites

Pornhub, Stripchat, XNXX and XVideos are the 4 pornography sites against which the European Commission has launched anti-violation proceedings under the DSA, the Digital Services Act. The sites were alleged to have failed to implement adequate mechanisms to defend access by minors
