Europe vs Trump. Duties start a trade war?

The European Commission intends to respond to fresh American duties almost immediately after president Donald Trump announced them. In a discussion with PAP, the high-ranking EC authoritative stressed that Brussels' consequence would be proportionate and dependent on what sectors Washington would attack. He did not regulation out that retaliation could cover the largest American technology companies.
