Europe strengthens the semiconductor sector. Million euros for a German company

The European Commission has approved EUR 76 million of German state aid for QuantumDiamonds GmbH, which is to build a facility in Munich to test chips utilizing quantum sensors. The decision is part of a broader EU strategy to strengthen its own semiconductor sector and reduce dependence on suppliers outside Europe.
