Eastern Central Europe on the brink of major challenges

The authors of the report, quoting JM Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics, aim to diagnose reality, but at the same time to present suggestions, ideas and solutions supporting the space of activity of the full state system. JM Rector noted that quote: "The study is not being made – I apologize for colloquialism – to the public. This is an nonsubjective report, based on reliable data, the studies were conducted with reliable methods.’ While clarifying that, as quoted above, "not only are we describing the facts, we are inactive making the desired conclusions, and on the basis of these conclusions we are besides proposing any solutions, any recommendations that can be utilized by entrepreneurs and the government.".
