Russian liquefied natural gas imports to the European Union in the first 4th of this year have reached its highest level since 2022, according to the latest study by the American think tank Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA). These data point to a sustained and even increasing dependence on energy resources from Russia in any segments despite ongoing efforts to reduce them.
