EU Council triggers "exit clause" for Poland. It's about defence spending

The Council of the European Union has activated an exit clause for 15 countries, including Poland, enabling them to depart from the spending way recommended by the Ecofin Council up to the level of the increase in defence spending compared to the situation before the war in Ukraine.
