EU border states fear ECtHR will block tightening of migration policy

Many European Union countries that previously opened their gates wide to migrants are now afraid that, just as they are restricting and tightening their migration policies, the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights will force them to retreat from these plans, which is very hard due to home politics, in which citizens anticipate a return to normality and public safety.
