Ethiopia refuses Russia. He won't rent planes, he won't break sanctions

He is increasingly tense in Russian civilian aviation. The fiasco ended with the Kremlin's effort to lease out of Ethiopia's Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Before that they had most likely refused Russia besides Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait and Qatar.
