Ethiopia - civilian War Truce Agreed

Ethiopia's government and authorities in the rebel-held Tigraj region reached a truce on Wednesday in a 2-year civilian war that will let humanitarian aid supplies to the region's population to resume. She is threatened by famine and a humanitarian catastrophe.
