Estonian parliamentarian: mines, reinforcements, ammunition production

Estonia should mine the border and build reinforcements - says Vice-President of the Defence Committee of the Estonian Parliament Leo Kunnas. According to him, Estonia should besides retreat from the Ottawa Convention on the Prohibition of Anti-personnel Mines, it must start manufacturing explosives.
