President of Estonia declares readiness to send troops to Ukraine

Alar Karis, president of Estonia, at a press conference in Brussels with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg stated that his country is ready to send soldiers to Ukraine as part of the alleged coalition of willing.
