Estonian artillery with agreement to hand over to Ukraine

At the end of January, Estonia announced that it would hand over 30 of its towed artillery systems to Ukraine. This aid package will include post-Soviet 122 mm D-30 howitzers, which Estonians had previously obtained from Finland. Now the Finns were to issue approval to hand them over.
