Estonian artillery with approval to transfer Ukraine

In late January Estonia announced the transfer of more than 30 of its towed artillery systems to Ukraine. This aid package will include post-Soviet haubice D-30 cal. 122 mm, which the Estonians had acquired earlier from Finland. Now the Finns were to give approval to hand them over.
