A tunnel under the Gulf of Finland, connecting the capitals of Estonia and Finland, would be a strategical corridor that would supply a direct connection between the Baltic states and the Arctic regions, and at the same time bring Estonia and Finland closer to the remainder of Europe, Estonian abroad Minister Margus Tsahkna said.
