Estonia is considering to mine the Russian border

Deputy president of the National Defence Committee of Estonia's Parliament Leo Kunnas in an interview with Estonian public tv (ERR) said that the usage of anti-personnel and anti-tank mines was “important erstwhile defending the border”. He pointed out that Estonia should start national production of military explosives.
