Estonia has signed an arms acquisition agreement with Ukraine (+)

The Estonian Defence Investment Centre (RKI) and the Ukrainian Defence Procurement Agency (AOZ) signed a cooperation agreement on defence procurement between both countries in Kiev - BNS announced on Tuesday.
