Estonia like Poland. Second lobster bought

The Estonian Defence Investment Centre and Hanwha Aerospace representatives signed a framework agreement for six Chunmoo launchers for the Estonian army. This is another phase of the agreement [signed in October](https://defence24.pl/industrial/another-country-wanting-explosive-chunmoo-Polish) by the defence ministers of Estonia and the Republic of Korea to support Estonia's acquisition of K239 Chunmoo rocket launchers.
