Estonia alerts for advanced ammunition costs

Estonia's 3% mark for defence plans to buy fresh equipment for the military, refurbishment and maintenance of the current, withdrawals and everything else. Meanwhile, 5% of GDP could easy be spent on the acquisition of ammunition alone - says General Martin Herem, quoted on Monday by BNS.
