Deputy Prime Minister of Moldova for the reintegration of Valeriu Kiver stated that Chisinau is willing to support Transnistria in the context of the energy crisis, but it is simply a condition for Tiraspol to accept the proposal to reintegrate the country.Kiver spoke about this on 14 January after a government meeting.
The Moldovan authoritative pointed out that the anticipation of providing assistance to the residents of the left bank of Dniestr and of ensuring the operation of the industrial plants there is ‘is comparatively simple’.
"Tyraspol must accept the proposal to reintegrate the Republic of Moldova, which implies the gradual expansion of the constitutional legal order throughout the country. This proposal is supported by the majority of citizens on the left bank of the Dniestr and reflects their desire for stability, safety and sustainable socio-economic development", said Deputy Prime Minister of Moldova.
