Environmental protection in the Basic Law - intermediate and realistic model

Although the Constitution does not explicitly grant the right to live in a clean environment, it creates a coherent strategy for its protection. It is based on the duties of public authorities, the rule of sustainable improvement and everyone's work for the state of nature.
