During his visit to Singapore, president Andrzej Duda took part in a press conference for Polish media and did not stand for it. According to the head of the state, there is simply a group in the Polish judiciary who, in his individual opinion, "just went crazy". The president claims that any judges are prepared to release murderers, only due to the fact that the alleged "neossiers" are in the composition ruling on their guilt. According to Duda, it is simply a "failure of national interests" and, above all, a "action against the safety of citizens of the Republic".
During a press conference for Polish media on the occasion of a visit to Singapore, president Andrzej Duda referred to the words of the president of PKW Sylwester Marciniak, who at the time of presenting Karol Nawrock with a resolution on the election of the President, that “he has adequate Polish-Polish war” and “war of judges”.
The second takes place around judges appointed under the 2017 Act with the participation of the National Judicial Council. By seniority, specified judges are referred to as “neasures”.
Duda stated that these judges are in many cases “persecuted” and that “adult and disgusting methods”. The president stressed that this situation must end “once and for all”.
"Unfortunately, there is at the minute in the Polish judiciary a group that, in my individual opinion, has gone insane for fear of violating their privileges, for fear of violating their dominant position, for fear of losing their elite. I don't know what the point is, but in my opinion, she went crazy with another judges," said Andrzej Duda during a press conference in Singapore.
According to the President, there are even situations where judges waive decisions in cases of execution and another serious crimes, and the only reason for this is that the ruling was given by the alleged "neosuance".
"It is hard to imagine greater irresponsibility. This is, in my individual opinion, a betrayal of public interests and an action against the safety of citizens of the Republic of Poland, in order to de facto exempt the murderer from work only due to the fact that individual has his mad individual preferences, political views" – Duda thundered.
