End of war in Ukraine? Lavrov sets circumstantial conditions

Russian abroad Minister Sergei Lavrov presented the Kremlin's position on ending the armed conflict in Ukraine in an interview for the American magazine Newsweek. Russia, according to Lavrov, is ready for peace talks, provided that respective demands are met. The Russian mentioned the lifting of sanctions and the designation of the annexation of 4 Ukrainian regions - Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia and Kherson.
