Minister of Justice and lawyer General Waldemar Żurek instructed the prosecution to initiate criminal proceedings against employees of the Chancellery of the president of Poland. It is people who advised Charles Nawrock not to take vows from parts of the judges elected by the Sejm of the Constitutional Court.
