German “Der Spiegel” published the content of a confidential discussion by European leaders in which French president Emmanuel Macron was to inform that the United States could prepare an agreement with Russia at the expense of Ukraine. The Elysée Palace does not confirm the usage of the word "fail", but stresses that the position of Paris remains unchanged: no territorial concessions without safety guarantees.
