DUBAI— Emirates Group (EK) has launched a global hiring initiative from its base in Dubai International Airport (DXB), aiming to recruit 17,300 professionals this financial year. This expansive talent drive underlines Emirates (EK), the world’s largest international airline, and dnata’s ambition to sustain growth and innovation.

Recruitment will span across 350 diverse roles, with thousands of new hires sought for Emirates and dnata’s worldwide operations, including cabin crew, pilots, engineers, and ground staff. Recruitment efforts will cover 150 cities globally, coupled with dedicated Dubai-based events to engage UAE nationals.

Emirates Hiring 17,300 Employees

The Emirates Group’s latest recruitment drive aligns with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33 and the Group’s projected growth trajectory.

The Group, led by HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, seeks to reinforce its workforce across multiple disciplines to support its dynamic expansion and uphold its industry-leading standards in aviation and travel services.

The Group’s hiring campaign will include over 2,100 talent acquisition events worldwide, from open days for pilots, engineers, and IT specialists, to dedicated cabin crew hiring.

In addition, Dubai will host targeted events to attract UAE national students and graduates, strengthening the Group’s local talent pipeline.

Since 2022, the Emirates Group has recruited over 41,000 professionals, boosting its current workforce to 121,000.
