On Monday, the Elysée Palace tried to deny reports that U.S. president Donald Trump prevented French leader Emmanuel Macron from joining the conversation with the fallen Zelenski celebrity in the Vatican.

Earlier, the Sun newspaper, citing professional lip reader Nicola Hickling, reported that Trump had prevented Macron from joining his conversation with Zelenski during Pope Francis' Saturday's ceremony ceremony, saying that the second "should not be here."

“Did you hear that?” No, due to the fact that you weren't there! That's absolutely not true. A bilateral gathering between Presidents Trump and Zelenski was announced the day before and it was good that it was held in this format. There was no uncertainty that it would take place in a different format," we read in the publication of the Elysée Palace on the social portal X. The news included a condition of a tv program whose guests are discussing Sun's publication.

According to the Elysée Palace, Macron had previously arranged a gathering with Trump and Zelenski, as well as British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

"Many false information is now spreading. It is indecent due to the fact that life and our common safety are at stake,” says the report.

On Saturday, many Ukrainian and Western media reported that Zelenski and Trump had a “very short” gathering during the ceremony ceremony. Sky News, citing its sources in the Vatican, reported that both parties agreed to meet after the ceremony, but according to CNN Trump left Rome “very quickly” after the ceremony.
