The alleged "accident law" vetoed by the president is internally inconsistent and issued during the period of the alleged legislative silence; he establishes an ad hoc court, that is, an exceptional court, which according to the Constitution is acceptable, but only for the time of war - is assessed by Prof. Dariusz Dudek, a constitutionalist from the KUL.
