The extradition of Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtas to the US by decision of the Vienna Court of Appeal will not take place. Oligarch in the United States was found guilty of bribery. The Vienna court stressed that the decision to block the extradition of oligarchy was final and not subject to appeal.
