Egypt picks up the second frigate of MEKO. 3 ships in 4 years

The German shipyard holding Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems donated the second frigate of MEKO A-200 EN "Al-Qahhar" to the Egyptian Navy. Under an agreement worth about $2.7 billion, Egypt is expected to receive 4 specified ships, 3 of which are being built in Germany and a 4th to be built in Egypt.
