It's no longer in your head! There's an Eco-Beach coming! A strategy was introduced in the European Union a fewer years ago ETS1the European Emissions Trading System. The ETS is officially referred to as a "mechanism" to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the introduction of an emissions trading scheme. The word “tax” has not fallen.

Good for you! Fees first ETS1 included: energy, energy-intensive industries (e.g. cement, lime, glass, ceramics, steel, aluminium, iron and chemical industries), aviation (e.g. commercial airlines) and heating. In short, if a company exceeds its "emission limits", it must buy allowances in the ETS market, which increases production costs and leads to higher electricity and heat prices, increases in construction materials prices, increases in transport and aviation prices and higher costs of imported energy-intensive products.

Despite many protests, the European Commission went further and a fewer years later expanded the mechanics by... ETS2Oh, my God! They have already received fossil fuels for road transport (petrol, diesel and natural gas utilized as fuel for vehicles) and fossil fuels utilized for heating buildings (natural gas, coal and another fossil fuels utilized in residential and commercial heating systems).

The ETS2 was officially scheduled to start from January 2027, but the European Union has reserved the anticipation of early introduction of the system. How easy to guess, “heating tax’, most incriminating (And the worst is before us!) financial... owners of houses utilizing solid fuels and drivers.

But it's not over! The Union is going dead and has just begun to analyse and consult... ETS3! This time a fresh taxation – excuse me... The ‘ETSMECHANISMS’ (!) is to cover AGRICULTURE. It concerns meat production, animal husbandry, milk production and "other agricultural emissions".

There is no slightest illusion that the ETS3 will lead to an increase in agricultural production costs and an increase in food prices, and these costs will translate into higher food prices for consumers!

SOMEONE IN THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION either went crazy or spent a long time in the sun. THE TIME OF THIS illness HAS STOPD!
