The Council of Ministers adopted fresh deregulation rules that will improve inheritance procedures and improve communication with insured persons. Thanks to changes, banks and credit unions will rapidly find whether the account holder is dead and the heirs will gain easier access to information about the funds. The amendment besides facilitates contact with insurers – consent to e-correspondence will be possible throughout the duration of the contract, and not only erstwhile it is concluded.
