W Moscow has a spectacle that has not been seen since Stalinist times. In the Russian capital, you can hear handcuffs again. Generals, officials, billionaires and local notables go to prison — all those who have been utilizing the strategy that created them for years. The large purgatory began in May 2024, following the resignation of the omnipotent minister of defence Sergei Szojgu.
