Today marks the 77th anniversary of the death of Joseph Kuras "Fire"

20 February 2024, just before the lecture by prof. Andrzej Nowak, delegation of Stow. Solidarni2010 placed a bunch of flowers under the plaque dedicated to Major Józef Kurasi "Fire" in the Church of St. Stanislaw Kostka in Warsaw Żoliborz.

The lecture started with a memory of the Hero's figure and information about this commemoration.
