I lost in First Instance the trial to Kaczyński “for gay”. I'm expected to apologize to him for violating his privacy, Twitter and Youtube, without any money. Of course there will be an appeal.

Pinski’s argument
Jan Piński argued that he exposed the case, suspecting that the president of the Law and Justice could be blackmailed in connection with it. He even claimed to have seen a bare photograph of Jarosław Kaczyński himself with a WSI officer, taken in the shower.
In August 2021, he published another film, informing that he and his lawyer were demanding the dismissal of Jarosław Kaczyński's lawsuit. He besides launched a collection on the platform of Zrótka.pl, which brought over 56 1000 zlotys.
Piński planned to call on Lech Wałęsa as a witness, as he suggested in 1 of the interviews that Jarosław Kaczyński's "proneness" were known to the Polish-Polish and 3rd Polish services. Additionally, he wanted to be interviewed by Paweł Rabej, Jerzy Nasierowski, Andrzej Milczanowski, Mieczysław Wachowski and erstwhile RPO Adam Bodnar. Bodnar was to attest about the "cinenic policy of violating LGBT rights" conducted by Jarosław Kaczyński and the Law and Justice Government.
The court refused to accept the appointment of these witnesses. However, the procedural failure did not cool down Pinski's enthusiasm, which announced an appeal.
