Since the establishment of the 3rd Polish Army, for decades the Polish Army has not been a eye in the head in subsequent ruling teams. At that time, everyone from left to right ruled Poland. The army was constantly reduced, successive batches of equipment produced and purchased inactive in the times of the Polish People's Republic of Poland were withdrawn, and purchases of the fresh military method went unfree and surely not in adequate quantities. All of this was due to a feeling of deficiency of real military threats and European peace, which translated into comparatively tiny amounts spent on defence in subsequent state budgets.
