The children will inherit a pension from their dead parents? The government is considering changing

The current government does not supply for inheritance of a pension from a deceased parent, but this could shortly change. The benefit paid to the parent would be passed on to his children. There's a plan for this. Would a pension "from a vending machine" be passed on to children after the death of a pensioner, or only erstwhile they themselves scope the general retirement age?
