Dyner: media holding another way to influence Belarusians [OPINION]

The Russian-Belarusian media holding company is to be an additional origin of influence on the Belarusian society and convincing it of Russia's position; whether it will be effective depends to a large degree on the way independent circles communicate, PISM analyst Anna Maria Dyner said in an interview with Defence24.pl.
