Two judges of the unrecognized home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs were removed from ruling on electoral protests. A spokesperson for the court Aleksander Stępkowski stated that if these judges did not fit the current legal framework, they should "put in office." Leszek Bosek, 1 of them, claims that specified action by the president is incompatible with the applicable rules.
