Two years ago, on November 10, 2023, in the glare of cameras Donald Tusk, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish, Szymon Hołownia, Włodzimierz Czarzasty and Robert Biedron signed a paper that was to change Polish politics – a coalition agreement "coalition on October 15".
