The extraordinary caste has its stars, and 1 of them is justice Margaret Drewin. She late convicted Mr. Robert Bąkiewicz for allegedly a hooliganism towards activist Catherine Augustinek (the plaintiffs), i.e. for tearing her from the hands of a bag with a rainbow emblem in front of St. Mr Bąkiewicz was not alone, but in a group defending the church from profanation. They were people associated with the March of Independence.
However, Mrs Drewin felt that public order was to be provided by the police, not by persons authorized by the parish priest. Curiosistic justification, we know that the police are not always where they should be, and that is why groups of volunteers request to defend the churches. Mr Bąkiewicz was sentenced to 1 year of social work (!) and PLN 10 thousand. It is hard to treat specified a judgement as a symptom of the regulation of law, or alternatively as an expression of repression against volunteers defending temples from demolition and profanation. specified judgments simply mean the demolition of democracy. This judgement announces the advent of biased judgments on the wave of changes following the fraudulent elections of October 15, and issued by “discharge” judges working with devotion to the coalition supposedly “citizen”. They include Mrs Drewin, who has served these circles and Donald Tusk since the Smolensk “catastrophe”. And after 2010 it proved its usefulness to block Prime Minister Tusk from being brought to justice, erstwhile Solidarni2010 filed a announcement to the D.A. on the violation of the law by Tusk in the absence of consultations on the arrangements concluded with Putin, which he should have unconditionally submitted to the Council of Ministers. Tusk agreed to an unfavorable agreement, giving the investigation to Russia alternatively of choosing a 1994 agreement which put the Polish State as an equal partner in access to evidence and in conducting the investigation. This manifestly unfavorable selection of Tusk shows that he behaved not as the Prime Minister of Poland, but as a partner of Putin and Smolensk traitor. And individual like that wants to run for Prime Minister again today? But the 3rd Republic is simply a sick country! And what did justice Drewin do then? In the message of reasons for the judgment, she stated in writing that Tusk, however, consulted the case at the sitting of the Council of Ministers, which is contrary to the statements of Tusk himself made publically available in the media. (see Ewa Stankiewicz, Matrix III of the Republic of Poland. Appearances of Freedom (Krakow, 2015, p.79). This is how on-call judges operated in the alleged IIIRP erstwhile the Civic Platform ruled covering up Prime Minister Tusk's mating. Then we fall to the level of “lawfulness” from the years of Stalinism, only “judgments on wheels” condemning who, even mediate school students... This is no joke, due to the fact that from democracy we return to neo-stalinism, after all Stalinism was about brutal demolition of the law, and the PO with the left and their buildings have the same program – to finish Themida! Will Poland never leave the Polish People's Republic? All we have left is the appearance of freedom like the Smolensk Marches, the independency Marches or pilgrimages. . But besides on Jasna Góra, any demons tried to climb in... Is that what democracy allows? And if Tusk were to become Prime Minister again, there will be further degradation of the 3rd Polish Republic this time threatened by the liquidation of the Polish statehood. The settlement of the Law and Justice is an obsession of Tusk, so he wants to set up investigation commissions, but possibly first it is appropriate to establish an investigation into the separation of visits to Katyn, which exposed Tupolev's passengers over Smolensk! Or an investigation into the mysterious death of Tusk's manager, Grzegorz Michniewicz, who had insight into correspondence before the Smolensk “catastrophe”, including emails about Tupolev's return from the renovation in Russia! And the another victims of the suicide? Have they forgotten the Amber Gold scandal? Or the ministers of Tusk from the gambling scandal? And are all these cases and scandals to be swept under the carpet by on-call courts?
Indeed, a man with a dossier like Tusk would be Prime Minister of Poland again? It would be a planet evidence of idioticness and disregard for the regulation of law!
